fixed ua2

as most of you probably know ua2 1.5 didnt work anymore after the 1.24 patch.

luckily a couple of people on the ua2 forum have been working on it and they have made a version that works, but still have 1 major bug.

the bug is that orb doesnt work right, it just hovers stationary at the point you cast it from and explodes after the given time. it still gives vision and slows.
